In celebration of Global Accessibility Awareness Day each May, ADCET presents the annual Accessibility in Action Awards honoring excellence in accessibility initiatives. ADCET Academy is ADCET's free online training hub, offering self-paced eLearning courses for education staff and support workers. Designed for higher education, VET, and secondary education professionals, the courses build practical skills in accessible and inclusive practice, helping reduce barriers to learning and improve outcomes for students with disability.

Introduction to Disability Awareness is a free online eLearning program. It gives a general overview of the legislative framework that supports the inclusion of people with disability in Australia and looks at the cultural and attitudinal barriers that contribute to discrimination.

Australia’s first free online training course in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) created specifically for staff in the Higher Education and Vocational Education and Training Sector. The program focuses on the principles and practices of UDL in tertiary settings and aims to increase your understanding of designing, developing, and implementing UDL into your teaching practice.

ADCET Disability Practice in the Spotlight showcases good practice by disability practitioners in the VET and University sector.
