Inclusive Employment Australia replaced Disability Employment Services (DES) on 1 November 2025.
In this program, you can: get support from providers with experience working with people with a range of disabilities; get ready to work, including work preparation, skill and confidence building, training, writing a resume, interview skills, work experience and work trials; maintain your job through on-the-job training, ongoing support in your workplace, or targeted help for your employer; and, access personalised support for as long as you need it.
