The Student Success Conference disseminates current research, good practice and leading-edge ideas that enhance students’ tertiary learning experiences.
The Organising Committee invites submissions for the 2027 Conference and the Conference Issue of the Student Success Journal.
All submissions must explicitly relate to one or more of the Conference themes, adhere to the relevant submission type, quality requirements, review criteria and written format requirements below, and be submitted by the deadline. Submissions that do not meet these requirements may be returned to authors prior to peer review and may not be considered for presentation or publication.
Conference Submissions
Emerging Initiatives and Good Practice Reports will constitute the majority of the Conference program, scheduled in 30 minute time slots (with 10 minute intervals between presentations), with a special one hour session for LaunchPad presentations. A library of posters will be viewable throughout the Conference, along with a dedicated Poster Session to speak with the poster authors.
Refereed Papers — 2027 Conference Issue of the Student Success Journal
Refereed Papers are submitted directly to the Student Success Journal and undergo double-blind peer review against HERDC research criteria. Accepted authors must present their paper in person at the Conference.
