NCVER: Strengthening teaching practice and psychosocial support
This NCVER research examines the growing demands on VET teachers and the organisational supports, resources and systems needed to strengthen teaching practice. The report, Strengthening teaching practice and psychosocial support, is accompanied by practical resources for teachers and training providers, including guides on learner and teacher wellbeing, recognising and managing learner support needs, supporting novice teachers, developing educator mindset, and implementing professional learning.
