ADCET UDL 2026: Symposium Wrap Up

The symposium concluded with student representative Angie sharing key reflections from the student forum, including the importance of UDL-aligned learning spaces, flexible assessment options, clearer guidance on AI as an assistive technology, and greater student involvement in designing inclusive education.

Samantha Poulos and James Brann then reflected on the symposium’s theme of moving “from ideas to impact”, thanking speakers, attendees, sponsors and organisers, while encouraging participants to continue collaborating, sharing practice, and advocating for disability inclusion and the ongoing work of ADCET.
