This document addresses the emergency movement to online and distance learning which is inclusive of learners with disabilities with a view to contributing to the implementation of relevant articles of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities to support access to quality learning opportunities for persons with disabilities and access to information and knowledge using inclusive, accessible and affordable solutions.
