Heywire Storytelling Competition - ABC
Heywire is a lived experience storytelling competition from the ABC, calling for stories from young people aged between 16-22 in regional, rural and remote Australia.
Stories can be submitted in: writing, audio, video or photos, as long as they are true.
Winners receive:
- Mentoring from ABC producers
- National TV, radio, online and social media coverage
- An all expenses paid trip to Canberra for the Heywire Regional Youth Summit
Free online workshops are available from April to August to help young people shape their story.
