eLearning Project Lead - DSC
Employment information: Full time; $100,000 – $120,000 per year
Every week, DSC’s On-Demand learning trains thousands of disability workers to deliver high-quality, safe and compliant support. They are looking for an eLearning Project Lead to sit at the centre of their online learning team. This role is responsible for keeping DSC’s eLearning moving, current and effective, while steadily improving learning outcomes over time. This role owns the planning, writing and development of DSC’s online learning. You will manage priorities, maintain content quality and accuracy, coordinate contributors and use evidence to guide continuous improvement.
Duties

Work with the General Manager to define priorities, sequencing and scope within organisational constraints

Own the end-to-end delivery of new and updated online courses

Engage and coordinate subject matter experts, reviewers and contributors

Brief, allocate and prioritise work for designers to build

Develop simple templates and workflows to streamline processes

Write, edit and maintain learning content including courses, case studies, scenarios and quizzes

Gather and analyse learner data and customer feedback through interviews and qualitative research, to understand learning effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities

Apply learning design principles and evidence to prioritise, trial and evaluate course improvements within delivery constraints
About you
You are someone who:

Is a confident writer who enjoys researching and shaping clear, accessible learning content without jargon

Is self-motivated, takes responsibility for own workload and is comfortable herding cats while jumping between priorities

Has strong project management skills and is a seasoned multitasker

Is confident exploring data and feedback, spotting patterns and translating these into practical next steps

Is open to change and experimentation without losing delivery discipline
People with lived experience of disability are strongly encouraged to apply.
Skills and experience

5+ years experience in online learning development, education or training focused roles

Strong sector knowledge in disability or related human services area

Proven project management experience across multiple projects

Strong writing and editing skills

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills

Experience using learner data and feedback to improve learning outcomes

Sound understanding of instructional design principles

Confidence using tools such as Google Workspace, Articulate Rise, Trello and spreadsheets
