Take Charge of Change - Wave 2 Expression of Interest (CYDA)

Take Charge of Change (TCC) is a national co-design project which is now progressing into Wave 2 of the work. This phase focuses on developing practical resources that support children and young people with disability, their parents and caregivers, and service providers, to navigate key life changes and transitions, and co-design resources that reflect lived experience and respond to what young people with disability and families say they need most.
This month, Children and Young People with Disability Australia (CYDA) are recruiting 40 people to help design practical resources for navigating life’s turns.
They are seeking people to join one of four co-design groups:
- Parents and caregivers of children with disability aged 0–7 years
- Parents and caregivers of children with disability aged 8–12 years
- Young people with disability aged 13–17 years
- Young people with disability aged 18–25 years
Selected participants will meet online six times between March to December 2026. They will receive a $100 payment for each two-hour meeting they attend.
