NDCO program public submission to the National Disability Employment Strategy

In April 2021 the Department of Social Services undertook public consultations and called for submissions to inform the development of a National Disability Employment Strategy.  The National Disability Employment Strategy will be a ten-year commitment to improve the employment outcomes for people with disability, supporting more jobseekers with disability into long term, meaningful employment.

The National Disability Coordination Officers Program contributed a public submission which provided background information and recommendations to improve transition of graduates with disability into appropriate and meaningful employment, as a significant lever to improve the employment outcomes of all people with disability in Australia.
