    Full year data released: 2018 Student data

    The Selected Higher Education Statistics – 2018 Student data - full year data has been released.
    The Higher Education student data collection encompasses enrolments, equivalent full time student load (unit of study data) and completions, and is reported by all Higher Education Providers.

    NCSEHE: Student equity data

    NCSEHE National Student Equity Data webpage allows users to download and graph data on undergraduate equity student participation and performance in Australia, as sourced from the Australian Government’s Higher Education Student Data Collection. It allows for comparisons at the university, institutional grouping, state and territory, and national levels. Reporting occurs across major equity groups and seven indicators: Access (commencing enrolments and % share); Participation (enrolments and % share); Attrition (% share); Success (% share); and Attainment (% share). Users will be able to quickly source equity participation data and to view trends over recent years for individual institutions, while also comparing trends in key indicators across universities.     NCVER DataBuilder. Total VET students and courses - students

    DataBuilder is a fast and easy-to-use tool to construct tables using NCVER data. It allows users to:

    • instantly access data from all NCVER collections from the one place — no login is necessary
      • customise data outputs by:adding/removing variables from the table
      • dragging variables between rows and columns
      • filtering on specific categories
    • export data to MS Excel for further analysis.

    NCVER VocEd database

    VOCEDplus is a free international research database for tertiary education, especially as it relates to workforce needs, skills development, and social inclusion.

    It encompasses vocational education and training (VET), higher education, adult and community education, informal learning, and VET in Schools. It is international in scope and contains over 65,000 English language records, many with links to full text documents.

    NCVER publications database

    The National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) is Australia's national vocational education and training research and development centre. NCVER publishes widely in print and on the web on all aspects of the VET sector: research findings, conference and discussion papers, a refereed journal, a quarterly newsletter and regular statistical data on trainees, apprenticeships and TAFE graduates.
