Principles to Determine the Responsibilities of the NDIS and other Service Systems
In late 2015, the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) agreed to a revised set of ‘Principles to Determine the Responsibilities of the NDIS and other Service Systems’. The Principles will be used to determine the service funding and delivery responsibilities of the NDIS vis-à-vis other service systems. One of these service systems is Higher Education and Vocational Education and Training (VET).
