Employment information: Full time, fixed term (2 years); Melbourne or North Sydney campus with some hybrid flexibility; HEW 6 $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata); 17% employer superannuation
The Student Care and Success Advisor will provide proactive, personalised case management and support to equity students, acting as a consistent point of contact to assist students in navigating university systems, accessing support and achieving academic success.
You will deliver coordinated, relational support across the student lifecycle, engaging students at key transition points including commencement, pre-census, assessment periods, and placement. Through proactive outreach and ongoing engagement, the position supports students to identify and address barriers to participation, build confidence in navigating the university, and connect with appropriate academic and professional services.
