Consultancy Opportunity: Shape the Future of Disability Support in Higher Education
The University of Tasmania is seeking experienced consultants to lead a transformative project for the Australian Disability Clearinghouse on Education and Training (ADCET), as part of our commitment to enhancing disability support across the higher education sector.
About the Project
With student disability enrolments rising significantly across Australia, ADCET's role in providing practical resources, training, and guidance to education providers has never been more important. This consultancy opportunity focuses on developing sustainable models to ensure ADCET can continue to deliver its vital services into the future.
The successful consultant will:
- Design innovative governance and funding models
- Engage with stakeholders across the higher education sector and government
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for long-term sustainability
- Create a compelling value proposition to support sector-wide investment
Project Timeline
The project will run from May 2025 to March 2026, with key reporting milestones throughout the engagement period. The work will involve close collaboration with ADCET team members and the higher education sector.
