ADCET Newsletter: November 2023
In this ADCET Newsletter we focused on an article by Darlene McLennan, Manager of ADCET, which highlights the urgent need for substantial support and systemic changes in tertiary education for students with disability. The latest Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 have been released, plus we have two new podcasts, including Dr. Thomas Tobin's Keynote presentation from our recent Symposium and an insightful discussion with Dr. Scott Hollier about The Centre for Accessibility Australia's research project, "Higher Education for All". Finally, their was a webinar where Emily Jones delved into work-integrated learning (WIL) and its impact on students' employability.
