Equality at Work aims to ensure that all Australians with disability have access to job opportunities, fair pay and safe working conditions.
Equality at Work is the second phase of the IncludeAbility Project.IncludeAbility was an initiative of the Australian Human Rights Commission and was developed to increase meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability, and to close the gap in workforce participation between people with disability and people without disability.
