Accessibility Senior Case Manager - Australian National University

Employment Information: Full time, continuing; $118,399 - $126,607 per annum plus 17% superannuation

The Position

The Senior Case Manager, Accessibility provides expert assessment and coordination of educational support for students with disabilities. The role delivers clinical leadership and supervision to Case Managers, ensuring high-quality, compliant practice aligned with the Disability Standards for Education 2005 and the Disability Discrimination Act 1992.

The role works collaboratively across the University to promote inclusive practices, advocates for students with disabilities and those with caring responsibilities and builds partnerships with external organisations to strengthen support services. The position also oversees staff training and professional development within Accessibility and contributes to service monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.

The Person

You will hold relevant qualifications in healthcare or disability-related field (Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or Inclusive education).  Experience working in an education environment will be highly regarded. 

In this role, you will draw on your expertise to guide staff working with a diverse student population. This includes a focus on enhancing the quality of support services for students with disability, ensuring inclusivity, and fostering an environment that promotes equitable opportunities for academic success.
