ATEND is pleased to invite submissions for presentation at the ATEND Pathways 17 Conference, taking place from 1 to 3 December 2025 at The University of Queensland, St Lucia campus. This year's theme "Designing for All: Shaping Inclusive Futures in Higher Education & VET", focuses on reimagining education through the lens of equity, accessibility and inclusive design.

Pathways is Australia's leading forum for advancing access and inclusion across higher education and VET. Our audience includes educators, disability practitioners, policymakers, researchers, students and advocates. Each brings unique perspectives and a shared commitment to creating more inclusive learning environments.

ATEND welcomes submissions for presentations, panel members and workshops to showcase the amazing work underway across your teams and institutions.  ATEND wants Pathways 17 to be a conference that brings unique perspectives that enriches discussion, challenges assumptions and encourages meaningful dialogue, collaboration and new ways of working.

We are inviting applications from individuals, teams, collaborative groups who would like to share on themes including (but not limited to):

• Inclusive Design & Learning Environments
• Policy, Leadership & Systemic Change
• Mental Health & Wellbeing
• Neurodiversity
• Technology, Innovation and Assistive Solutions
• Collaboration, Community & Student Voice
