Research Opportunity on Transition to University
Alison Nuske (PhD candidate in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Flinders University), is undertaking research leading to the production of a thesis or other publications on the subject of transition to and first year of university for students on the autism spectrum.
The purpose of this research is to help us to better understand the barriers and facilitators to transition to university for individuals on the autism spectrum in Australia.
Alison is seeking participation from individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as academic and professional staff within Australian universities who have had experience engaging with or supporting students on the spectrum in their first year at university.
This research requires participants, who meet the eligibility criteria, to complete an online survey (approximately 30-45 minutes). The surveys can be viewed at:

Subject to the return of the attached Permission Request, Alison will forward you two recruitment notices via email. It would be gratefully appreciated if you could display these recruitment notices within general student spaces, and student support services within your university.
