Department of Education, Skills and Employment: Disability Standards for Education 2005
The Disability Standards for Education (DSE) 2005 were formulated under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 and came into effect in August 2005. The Standards clarify the obligations of education and training providers to ensure that students with disabilities are able to access and participate in education and training on the same basis as those without disability.
