Visual and Performing Arts

This section provides resources to help teachers meet the subject-specific needs of students with disability studying in the fields of Visual and Performing Arts. Although it lists links for subject-specific strategies, remember that inclusive teaching and support practices enhance the learning of all students, minimise the need for individualised responses, and are therefore both cost- and time-effective. These subject-specific strategies will therefore be most effective if they are implemented within a context of inclusive practice.
