The Learning Disabilities Resource Package was a 12-month two-stage DEST funded project to identify the numbers of students with Learning Disability (LD) in higher education, the support and accommodations currently available to them, and develop an information/resource package (Opening All Options II) that contains tools for assessing learning disability and supporting students with learning disability in Australian universities.

Opening All Options 1
Opening All Options I was a resource developed in NSW that provided comprehensive information about learning Disability relevant to the needs of the tertiary education sector. It was developed by the NSW Regional Disability Liaison Officers and was funded by the Universities Disabilities Cooperative Project (NSW) and the University of Western Sydney. Opening All Options I was maintained and supported by the Australian Learning Disability Association. OAO I has been updated and redeveloped to become Opening All Options II, a national web based resource. This work has been funded by DEST.
