The South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre
(SATAC) is the central office that receives and processes applications for
admission to most undergraduate degree courses at participating institutions in
the Northern territory (NT) and South Australia. SATAC assesses each
application and ranks eligible applicants in order of merit for each course
according to the rules and guidelines provided by each tertiary provider. The
role of SATAC is not to determine who will receive offers but to simply
co-ordinate the process, and post notification of offers on behalf of tertiary
institutions.

How to apply?
Applicants can apply online, in person or by post. Online applications are
entered through the UNIweb and TAFEweb systems located on the SATAC
website.
Important dates
For information on important dates refer to the SATAC
website. Applications for semester 1 courses must be submitted by the
deadline or they will not be considered. Late applications may be accepted but
will incur a late fee.
The SATAC Course Guide
Every year SATAC produces a course guide that sets out the
range of Bachelor degrees, Associate degrees, Diplomas and Advanced Diploma
courses that are available at university in SA and NT. This guide sets out the
minimum entry requirements for each course including alternate entry pathways.
The SATAC guide also produces a sister publication that outlines the range of
courses available at TAFESA including entry pathways and other important
information. Both of these publications can be purchased from SATAC or from a
range of outlets across the NT and SA including news agencies and bookstores.

Charges
For details on the fees and charges to submit an application, change your
