This section of the website introduces you to three students that have undertaken tertiary study. Jody Holdback, Justene Knight and Max Magain talk about their experiences while studying at tertiary level as a mature age student with a disability. They also provide hints and tips on how to obtain employment after graduating and share their reasons for studying and their career goals.
Each of the case studies is accompanied by video footage addressing a particular aspect of tertiary study and providing hints and tips on planning for tertiary study. The students re iterate the importance of planning ahead, speaking to disability staff and asking questions. They also talk about what tertiary study has given them and the benefits of studying as a mature age student.
