Goals: The Special Interest Group for First Year Experience, Orientation and Peer Mentoring would have the following aims:
- Share resources and information on the First Year Experience, Orientation and Peer Mentoring roles and responsibilities
- Organise a low cost event or some form of information sharing each year
- Increase membership of ANZSSA outside the traditional areas into orientation and student development roles
- Act as a promotion for First Year Experience events across Australia
- Other activities or roles as deemed appropriate by the ANZSSA Executive.
