ANZSSA Biennial Conferences
ANZSSA hosts a major Conference every two
years, usually held in Australia every second and fourth year, and in
New Zealand every sixth year, on a 6 year cycle. The last conference
was in New Zealand in Dec 2007. Thus the next major Biennial Conference
will be in Australia in early Dec 2009.
A smaller conference at Hartzer Park, Burradoo (near Bowral, in the
Southern Highlands) is hosted in the interim year by the NSW/ACT
Regional Group within ANZSSA. This is held at least every alternate
year to the Biennial conference. The last Burradoo Conference was held in December 2008.
Other Regional Groups and Special Interest Groups within ANZSSA also
host smaller local conferences which may be of interest to you. For
example on December 5, 2008 a one day conference was held for the Vic/Tas Regional Group “Creating Caring, Safe, Health Promoting Universities" and
another is scheduled in Perth, later in the year.
Upcoming conference

our bulletin board as they become available. For details of how to
