Under the auspice of ATEND, a discussion paper and survey were distributed to members of the Australian tertiary education sector involved in service provision for students with disability. The survey was undertaken because ATEND members had raised concerns about how disability is being conceptualised within the Australian tertiary sector and policy frameworks.
