The Pathways Conference, organised by ATEND,  is held bi-annually.

The first conference was held in Geelong, Victoria in 1991.  Other conferences have been held in Perth, Canberra, Sydney, Alice Springs, Hobart and Melbourne .  The 10th Pathways conference was held in Brisbane,  Queensland in December 2010.
